- Workshop Description
The FAPC endorses the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) approach and has developed programs and workshops to assist and educate the food industry personnel in the use of HACCP principles.
The FAPC offers an Advanced HACCP workshop than can be tailored to fit the needs of individual companies. The workshop addresses the following topics:
- Review of HACCP systems, GMP, SOP and SSOP programs
- Review of USDA implementation regulations
- Prerequisite program, CCP and HACCP systems verification
- Validation and reassessment of the HACCP plan
- HACCP compliance audits
- HACCP trends
- Enforcement Investigation and Analysis Officer (EIAO) Food Safety Assessments

- Registration:
- Cost: $495 per person for large companies (>10 employees) and out-of-state; $300 per person for very small in-state companies <10 employees) for all HACCP Workshops.
Please note a $50 fee will be billed to those who fail to cancel or attend.
