Oklahoma Division of International Cake Exploration Societe' (ICES) "Day of Sharing"

Workshop Description
The Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center is pleased to host the Oklahoma Division of International Cake Exploration Societe's "Day of Sharing."

Twice a year, sugar artists and cake decorators from Oklahoma and surrounding states meet for a "Day of Sharing" – a day to teach each other new methods and techniques.

The day will begin at 10 a.m. with check-in and a continental breakfast. Demonstrations will begin at 10:30 a.m., with setup at 9 a.m. Lunch is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Please bring your favorite salad for the luncheon. Beverages will be provided.

The new ICES Rep is Frankie Jones-Nourse. There will be business meeting at the next ICES Meeting. Scheduled demonstrators include: Kim Payne, Edward Fry’s, and Janet Roseberry.

Bring your Dummie Show Cakes and show them off. There also will be a raffle!

Early registration, received by Wednesday, March 31, is as follows:
- ICES members: $15
- Non-members: $5 (for this meeting only)
Registration after April 1 and on-site is as follows:

Checks or money orders should be payable to OK ICES. You may join ICES by enclosing a separate payment of $60 to ICES.

(Enter SOUTH doors along Farm Rd. Event demonstrators and vendors may unload on the street, near the south doors. Carts will be available for transport of supplies.)
Breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments are served; however, it is POTLUCK. Please bring a food item and/or drink.
