Quality Control and Assurance

At the FAPC, we are committed to helping Oklahoma's producers and processors incorporate quality management into their operations. In recent years, there has been growing pressure for companies to meet requirements of legislation and the quality assurance practices of customers. Programs relating to HACCP, GMPs, Sanitation and Quality Systems are forcing food companies to take a look at how they manage quality. The FAPC can use its diverse team of individuals to provide assistance, guidance, interpretation of regulations, and workshops to give Oklahoma’s producers and processors the tools to incorporate sound quality management practices into their operations.
